Pricing and Availability
Airfares, taxes, fees, seat availability, baggage allowances, and travel conditions are subject to change without notice.
FoundFlight does not guarantee the availability of any fare until a booking has been confirmed and ticketed by the applicable supplier.
Payments
Users agree to pay all applicable charges associated with bookings, services, subscriptions, wallet top-ups, or partner agreements.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Additional terms imposed by payment providers may apply.
Refunds, Changes, and Cancellations
Refund eligibility, change fees, cancellation charges, and travel credits are governed by the rules of the airline, supplier, or service provider involved.
FoundFlight acts as a facilitator and cannot override supplier-imposed restrictions or penalties.
Travel Requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, health documents, transit permissions, and any other documentation required for their journey.
FoundFlight is not responsible for denied boarding, immigration issues, or travel disruptions caused by missing or incorrect documentation.
Partner and Agency Accounts
Travel agencies, resellers, API users, and business partners must comply with all applicable agreements, commercial terms, operational procedures, and payment obligations.
API credentials, access keys, and partner accounts must not be shared, resold, or transferred without written authorization.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Disrupt or interfere with platform operations
- Submit fraudulent bookings or transactions
- Reverse engineer or copy proprietary technology
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to FoundFlight for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoundFlight, its employees, directors, partners, suppliers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.
Termination
